Article 8 - Returns Policy
When purchasing products, the consumer has the right to dissolve the agreement within 30 days without giving reasons. This cooling-off period commences on the day after receipt of all products by the consumer or a representative designated by the consumer and made known to Zephyras.nl.

Please note: The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made products (e.g. Design Your Own products).

During the cooling-off period, the consumer must handle the product and packaging with care. He may only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to assess whether he wishes to keep the product. If the consumer exercises his right of withdrawal, he must return the product with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging to Zephyras.nl, according to the reasonable and clear instructions provided by Zephyras.nl.

The customer must inform Zephyras.nl if he wants to exercise the right of withdrawal. This can be done by telephone, e-mail or by means of the withdrawal form that is sent with the return shipment.

The customer must be within 30 days after receipt of all products, indicate that he/she wishes to make use of the right of withdrawal. The customer then has another 30 days to return the product.

If the customer does not exercise the right of withdrawal within this specified period, the purchase will be considered final.

When returning the product, the customer is fully responsible. The customer must ensure a proper return shipment, including a track & trace code.

The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for returns/exchanges.

Please note that the return shipment must be sent to the country of origin.
